It is formed by two ‘towers’, tower Viento (Wind) and tower Agua (Water), which boast of 49 apartments each. With independent recreational areas for each of them, formed by a pool, sports grounds for multiple use, playground, Churuata (thatched roof on poles) for fiestas (with bathrooms), and walkways, all under the concept of a tropical urbanism well studied to offer a maximum of comfort, beauty, tranquility and an spectacular ambient for dreamlike holidays.

Each tower is formed by apartments from 45 m² to 124 m². They are different not only in size, but also in the distribution of spaces to match the wishes and comfort of each visitor.

The apartments have one, two or three bedrooms, one, two or three bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room, in front a terrace of 14 m² or a garden, 2^nd floor front apartments have a roof terrace with panoramic view, and all have one parking lot each.

At the entrance of the complex there is administration, concierge, security and visitors parking lot.

 A shuttle bus service will take you to the beach and back at regular intervals. Thus you have the comfort of the best beach ‘just next door’ combined with the tranquility of the rural setting – to get away from it all. On the beach we have free chairs and umbrellas for our visitors.

Not far from the complex there are supermarkets, bakeries and other shops. This way it is easy to supply yourself during your holidays if you wish to do so. If not, you’ll find plenty of restaurants of all categories to please your palate.

A convenience store and a number of vending machines make shure that you never feel that something is missing.

If you want to go and explore the island’s treasures or more we offer all kinds of tours and diversions including a Jeep Tour around the island, snorkeling, diving (course as well with international certificate), sailing, horseback riding, swimming with dolphins and flights to the Los Roques Archipelago, the Orinoco Delta, Canaima and Angel Falls.
