Refurbished to a high standard in early 2009, The Fourteenth Green is a premier, self catering villa on the island of Tobago.

Main House
The main house has three double bedrooms, all with air conditioning, ceiling fans and French windows, that open out on to the verandah overlooking the gardens and golf course.

The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, while two additional bathrooms are situated across the hallway from the other bedrooms.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped to cater for all your needs, including a dishwasher, as well as all the other amenities required.

The open plan Lounge / Dining Room area is ideal for relaxed or formal meals and includes a TV with cable channels and DVD player. The lounge area opens out on to the large covered deck, ideal for alfresco dining or for just relaxing while watching the Humming Birds come and go.

The Fourteenth Green's services include a daily maid (except Sunday), 2 telephones, free WiFi internet access and a laundry room.

The single level layout makes for easy wheelchair accessibility and bathroom 2 is fully equipped with facilities for the wheelchair bound and guests with mobility problems.

Swimming Pool
The Fourteenth Green's child friendly swimming pool, adds to the peace and beauty of the property's location. The swimming pool area between the main house and the cottage is equipped with sunloungers, poolside shower, gas barbecue and outdoor dining facilities. The pool area is easily isolated from other areas of the property to ensure the safety of younger guests.

Guest Cottage
The Guest Cottage is independent of the Main House and is situated just the other side of the pool area from the larger property. The cottage consists of 1 air conditioned twin bedroom with en suite shower room and a spacious open plan lounge with fully fitted kitchenette and a breakfast bar.

This main living area opens out onto a covered verandah overlooking the garden and golf course. The verandah is perfect for outdoor dining or for just relaxing within the beauty of the tropical garden.

Like its larger counterpart, the cottage's high ceilings and cool tile floors provide a fresh & roomy atmosphere, ideally suited to the Tobago climate.

The lounge area is fitted with cable TV.
