This privately owned luxury villa with heated pool overlooks unspoilt countryside with distant views of the sea.

The villa is located just 25 minutes drive from Faro Airport and 4km from the lovely old fishing village of Albufeira, known for it's lively restaurants, market and bars.

There are many beautiful beaches (Gale, Olhos D'Agua, Praia D'oura) and also many golf courses too. (Villamoura, Salgados, Pine Cliffs, Quinta Da Lago) all within easy reach. Restaurants, Bars,  Shops,  Water Parks, Tennis, Golf and Horse Riding are all nearby. Casino at Villamoura a 15 minute drive away.

The accommodation consists of a large comfortable lounge with dining area. In the lounge is a TV and also a DVD player and DVD's. Stereo, CD player and Tape Deck. There are also plenty of books for the use of our clients. The kitchen is well equipped with Cooker, Microwave, Washing machine and ironing facilites, Fridge freezer. We also provide a cooler box for picnics and beach chairs.

Master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom The bedroom has  patio doors leading out to the pool area. Second bedroom with Double bed and Single bed. Third Bedroom with twin beds. Air Conditioning in the bedrooms. A further bathroom and also a cloakroom with WC. There are 2 travel cots available for infants and also a high/low chair too. 

 The property is double glazed with insect screens on most windows including the bedroom windows. All patio doors are also fitted with wooden shutters.

The villa is built in the shape of a horse shoe with the pool being in the centre.

There is a roof terrace and also a large patio area with BBQ and poolside furniture.

The garden is large and has shaded areas as does the patio. There are Palm trees, Orange, Lemon, and an Olive tree in the garden with many flowers too.

The property is alarmed and there is also a security safe for the use of clients.

All linen is supplied including towels and beach towels.

Maid service is included. A welcome pack is provided on arrival.

Pool heating available at extra charge.

Over the years we have developed a high reputation with our clients many of whom return again and again.

Our changeover day is Saturday.

Terms are £200 (GBP) deposit - non returnable, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to departure. Once the balance is paid  this is not refundable. There is also an extra charge of £50 security deposit against any damage. This is returnable after your holiday.

All monies to be paid in Sterling by cheque.
