We have just added free WIFI internet in the condo! It's across the street from the largest mall in Cancun (Kulkulcan Plaza). You are walking distance to restaurants and shopping. It's a short drive to activities and entertainment. It is a larger 1 bedroom unit, and can sleep up to 6 people. The condo is a 2 story unit, with the bedroom on the bottom floor, and the livingroom, kitchen, and balcony on the top floor. A fantastic deal! Cancun is the 'Jewel of the Caribbean'.

The condo has a larger bedroom, with 2 queen beds. It has a full kitchen with utensils, dishes, pots and pans, a new microwave, apartment sized refrigerator, stove, and oven. The unit is fully furnished, with 2 full size futon couches in the livingroom. Sleep upstairs on the futon couches, and drift off to the soothing sounds of ocean waves! It is a spacious condo, on two floors. There is a nice balcony with patio chairs and a table. You can sit out and savor the lovely ocean view, or enjoy a scenic meal outdoors! There are beautiful marble floors throughout the condo. There is a full bath, with marble floors and walls! Taxis and bus lines are only a block away, and run consistantly.

The condo is furnished with a telephone, 2 TVs with cable, 2 DVD/VCR´s, A/C, fan, laundered towels, sheets, kitchen, and it is professionally cleaned in between rentals. The Villas Marlin condo complex has 24 hour security guards, a convenience store (with phone and internet usage for a fee), laundry facilities and services (for a fee), tennis courts, and private parking for guests (both free). The condo is in the middle of the Hotel Zone. Villas Marlin is a private ownership condo complex. It's a perfect spot for families, or just the two of you! The condo is located in between the Sheraton and the Ritz Carlton hotels, next to Tucancun hotel. It has easy access to the bus lines that run up and down the main strip, or taxis. The condo is in the middle of the hotel zone, close to what's happening! It's just a 15 minute drive to the airport, or to downtown. A fantastic vacation spot!

You will be staying close to many activities. There is good shopping, fast food restaurants and fine dining nearby. The area has water sports of all kinds. You are close to fishing, boating, snorkeling, boogie boarding, swimming, golf courses, night clubs, entertainment, excellent restaurants, water parks, shopping centers, and flea markets. They are all only minutes away by taxi or bus. You can go on jungle tours, water park, aquarium, swim with dolphins, or snorkel in the coral reefs. Visit Tulum or Chichenitza (Mayan ruins), bargain shop at the flea markets, or, just take it easy and soak in the sun! Boat trips to Cozumel or Isla Mujeres are fun!

The condo is ready for your full enjoyment of this tropical paradise! It has a fully equipped kitchen (new refrigerator, stove and microwave) with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker and toaster. Other amenities include:
