Runaway Bay a small friendly community situated within a short distance to an array of local tourist attractions such as Dunn’s River Falls, Fern Gully, Green Grotto Caves, Cranbrook Flower Forest and Carinosa Gardens.

Sevilla Villa is a stunning villa tastefully built in a horseshoe shape around a large oval swimming pool that holds approximately 23,000 gallons of water. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area that has it’s own private sandy beach just a short 10 minute walk away where you can stretch out and enjoy a pleasant cool drink in the shade of the almond trees or go swimming in safe, clean, warm turquoise blue sea.

The villa has recently been redecorated and refurbished and will comfortably sleep up to 9 adults/children There are four large double bedrooms all with adjoining en-suite bathrooms (we also have a babies cot with sides). The bathrooms are spaciously designed, three with showers, one with bath/shower, WC, large mirror & washbasin. Two bathrooms lead to an independent small closed private garden. Three of the bedrooms open onto a large spacious veranda surrounding the swimming pool through large double glass sliding doors, and the fourth bedroom is located downstairs. All bedrooms are equipped with : TV (cable); air conditioning; walk in closet; ceiling fan; vanity unit

The linen room is always kept stocked with new bed linen and bath, hand and beach towels.

After a swim in the pool, relax on the veranda with a good book, or a cocktail and simply enjoy the breathtaking view. The villa grounds are beautifully landscaped with tropical plants such as bougainvillea, poinsettia, hibiscus and aloe vera.

The villa has recently been redecorated and refurbished.

Staff

Within the villa grounds situated to the rear of the villa is an independent staff house detached from the villa overlooking the > main gate/entrance and private courtyard. Our resident caretaker is called Oliver and is responsible for pool maintenance, security, villa and garden maintenance and driving. Our cleaner is called Paulette and she is available from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, Paulette will also babysit, iron and wash personal laundry for an extra fee of JD250.

Guests need to provide their own food, and staff here can help with the shopping when required. We have access to fresh fish and sea food, and organically grown fruit and vegetables and meat coming direct from local farmers.

Additionally, we offer freshly cooked frozen meals at an extra cost per meal. We do have a resident cook available for JD1000 per meal per group. There is also a car and driver available at no extra cost (except fuel) for local shopping.

The villa is very private and our staff are friendly and experienced and will cater for your needs without intruding on your holiday.
