If it's a true flavour of Greece you're looking for...look no futher than Archontiko Villa’s, where a warm welcome and true Zakynthian history awaits you. The Villa’s are situated in Katastari (Alykes) in the Northeast part of the island of Zakynthos (Zante), which is one of the most fascinating Greek islands in the Ionian Sea. With Warm and Clear blue waters, fantastic child-friendly beaches and Ambrosial forests and blooming plants, no wonder, the popular island or Zakynthos is also known as “ Fiore di Levante” or Flower of the East.

The Villas are surrounded by our traditional mansion which was built in 1846 and is still being used since 1846 as the Voutos famly home. It’s outhouses once traded as an Olive Oil Factory, Flour Mill and Grape press. Both the house and the outhouses are protected as a historic monument. The whole complex is a rare jewel and is open from April until end of October

On the grounds of Archontiko Village, you will find six beautifully decorated Villas in traditional Zakynthian traditional style. They have all the comforts needed to spend a relaxing and recreational holiday. They are one floor houses, with traditional Zakynthian wooden roofs. All our Villas are stragically separated to ensure the maximum privacy from the adjacent villas. All the villas have private verandas and all have panoramic views of the Ionian Sea, the Bay of Alykes and Alykanas and the mainland. Three of the Villa’s are handicapped accessible.
