The apartment is composed of two individual rooms, each with its own kitchenette, that come off of a common entry space which has a bathroom and separate toilet. While we of course welcome everyone, the set up does make this space ideal to be shared by two couples visiting Paris or for students - each room can be locked by key. It is on the RDC (rez de chaussee) - which means the windows are street-level facing the street, but there are no stairs to climb. One room has a large sleeping loft and a fold-out sofa, making it possible to accommodate up to four people, with the kitchenette in the room. The other side has a small separate kitchen, a double mattress on a walk-under frame and a fold-out sofa, so it can also accomodate up to four people.

This apartment is available for short or long-term rental. We are asking 550 Euros per week or 1500 Euros per month, when we have gaps in our schedule we rent for less than a week at 90 Euros per night.
