Villa Gianessa is our Dream Villa named for our 2 Granddaughters Gianna & Vanessa. Our newly built luxury 2875 square foot villa is located on the beautiful prestigious community of Terra Verde. This ideal 6 bedroom 5.5 bathroom family home is fully air-conditioned, central heated and sleeps up to 14 people comfortably. It was tastefully decorated by a local Interior Designer taking comfort into condideration. It contains a variety of features such as an en Suite Master Bedroom, 2 en Suite Queen Bedrooms, and 3 double twin bedrooms. We also provide a pack and play crib, Toddler Bed and High Chair for you little travelers. Private Pool, Spa, Game Room, BBQ and Wireless Internet.

All 5 Full Baths are fully equipped, all of them also contain Hair dryers....there is also a Half Bath on the Lower level. There is full cable television in the Den and Master Bedroom and a west facing private, illuminated heated swimming pool and spa. Sliding doors from the family room or Kitchen lead you out on to the extended Lanai and pool deck, where you can sit on the comfortable deck furniture, or take a dip in our optionally heated pool or bubbling spa pool. The pool is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young children, if you should need it.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, toaster, coffee pot, microwave, and dishwasher. There is also a full set of dishes, silverware, cooking and baking needs and a Patio service for you poolside entertaining.

All bed linen, bathroom towels are provided. The laundry room comes ready with an iron, ironing board, washing machine, and dryer.

The Living Room and Dining Room are beautifully appointed and a great place to unwind after a long day at the parks.

The Family Room features a pool view with sliding doors that lead onto a covered Lanai. You can put your feet up on the overstuffed Sofa or Love seat and relax to your favorite TV show, DVD or listen to the music of your choice. We provide some movies for your pleasure.

The Game room has a pool table, table tennis table (ping pong) a small foosball and air hockey tables. Poker chips and cards. There are Televisions in the Den and 3 Bedrooms.

You are encouraged to take advantage of all the Clubhouse has to offer..

Terra Verde Resort and Spa in in an excellent location off US 192. It is within minutes of shopping, restaurants, and parks. Unwind at the large resort clubhouse which has waterfront views and boasts a spa, sauna house, large screen satellite TV and internet café.
