Our homes are maintained by us, the owners, to our very high standards.  And we live nearby to be of any assistance to our guests.

We have a flat rate all year of $110 per night for our 3 bedroom, plus the mandatory sales tax of 13% and $65 cleaning fee.  Pool heating is additional at $35 per day. No gimmicks.  Just a great rate for a great home.

We require a $250 booking deposit to hold your dates with the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Unless, of course, you are booking in a short span, then the full amount would be due.

We also require a separate refundable damage deposit of $250, which is held until your departure inspection.

We accept personal checks, money orders, or bank drafts.
