    Sunset Lakes is a quiet, small Gated Community just 4 miles from The Walt Disney World Resort in sunny Orlando, Florida. The house is situated behind Formosa Gardens Shopping Village on Highway 192, where you will find a Dentist, Walk-in Clinic variety of shops, 11 restaurants and a late-night Supermarket. A Sushi Bar and Internet Cafe has just opened, making this one of the best Shopping Villages !! 

    This Exclusive upscale development has many features including 2 lakes where fishing is permitted, a gazebo, community pool with cabana and a childrens play area. The conservation area surrounding Sunset Lakes is home to a variety of birds and wildlife! Golf enthusiasts will find several courses within close proximity. 

Our Single Storey Pool/Spa Home is fully air conditioned and equipped to executive standard throughout, with 4 Bedrooms (2 Masters) and 3 full Bathrooms. The spacious family room, dining room and kitchen are open-plan. The hallway, kitchen and family room have tiled floors. All the bedrooms are carpeted.  

The Kitchen has breakfast bar with stools, and has every major appliance including a full sized cooker, fridge/freezer with ice making facility, waste disposal unit, dishwasher, microwave, dishes and cookware, in fact everything to make your vacation stress-free! The separate laundry room houses washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. All linen and towels are supplied. All sliding doors to pool area are alarmed for safety. 

The superb Family Room has cable television, VHS, CD and Hi-Fi and DVD. Tapes, films, games, books are also supplied for your use. There are two new sumptuous leather sofas, one converting to a queen-size sleeper. The adjoining dining room has a sliding door leading to a covered lanai. 

The stunning Master Bedroom includes a King-size bed, TV, VCR, phone and walk-in closet. Large sliding doors exit out into the pool deck. The en-suite bathroom has twin basins, a oversized walk-in shower and separate Roman style oval tub. 

Bedroom Two at the front of the house has uninterrupted views across the lake. It has a Queen-size bed, Cable TV, VCR, en-suite facilities with walk-in Shower, fitted closet, and drawers. The Third Bedroom has twin beds with a fitted closet, bedside unit with lamp, TV, PS2, and portable CD. Bedroom Four has twin beds, fitted closet and drawers unit, a TV with VHS. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom All Bathrooms have hairdryers. 

Our Private Heated Pool, heated by SOLAR all year round, is fully screened and has unique four-coloured underwater lighting making night swimming inviting! New for this season, try our Health Spa/Hot Tub. Our large corner plot has established tropical landscaping and palm trees providing privacy. The covered lanai has overhead fan and comfortable patio furniture. The Pool Deck has luxury loungers and is accessible by sliding doors from the master bedroom, dining room and family room. There is also a deck shower. 

There is off-street parking and a Double Garage with electric door opener. We have added many extras - including a digital Safe - to our home to make it as comfortable as possible for you and us! We have now added a crib, playpen, bed rails, highchair and 3 strollers for your use with no added charge. BBQ Grill is also supplied for your careful use.  

Our Home is fully licensed and meets all Florida Fire and Safety Regulations.

Complimentary use of Hot Tub and Solar Pool Heat.Optional Electric Pool Heat for the cooler months £70 / $125 per Week  Bookings of 5 nights or less are subject to an additional surcharge of £50/$75.Non refundable Deposit is required, with Booking Form, of £150 / $250 per week final balance required 10 weeks before departure. £200/$300 Returnable Security deposit applies. All rates are per week and until confirmed are subject to change without notice.  Additional nightly rates are pro-rata the weekly rate. Minimum rental period is 3 nightsIf you wish to make a reservation, please contact and confirm availability. Dates will be held for a period of eight days pending receipt of your deposit.
