Living Area

Large, light and airy living room with digital cable TV, DVD Player, Hi Fi System, quality furnishings, ceiling fan, and telephone. It is of open plan design accompanied by the kitchen, nook, breakfast bar, and dining area. Patio doors lead to the Lanai, sun terrace and pool area.  

Kitchen

Fully equipped kitchen with all mod cons, including range, fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave oven, garbage disposal, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, blender, all cooking utensils, crockery, and cutlery.A separate area houses a large capacity washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, and vacuum cleaner.  

Bedrooms

The 4 spacious bedrooms include a master bedroom with king size bed and huge en-suite. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and full bathroom. Finally the 2 twin rooms each share an adjoining full bathroom. All bedrooms have cable TV with DVD/CD, and each bathroom has a hairdryer.

Our home also offers:

Games Room with Pool Table, Table Soccer, and Electronic Darts.
Central air conditioning/heating throughout. Intruder alarm, and safe. All bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels for pool). Wide selection of CD’s, DVD’s, books and games. Local management available 24/7 if required.

Outside Area

Our delightful property boasts its own pool and sun terrace, this is private, not overlooked, and benefits from day long summer sunshine. Patio furniture, loungers are provided. Its covered lanai gives relief from the Florida sun, or is ideal for outside dining. This outside area is fully screened, keeping out insects and leaves, but allowing air and sunshine in, and has the convenience of an additional toilet and wash basin (half bathroom). Pool fence for child safety, as required by law (Removable).  

Location

Located at Cumbrian Lakes, a gated community set in a peaceful conservation area of Kissimmee. A prime central location for Orlando’s theme parks (Disney World 10 – 15 min), Designer Outlets, shopping malls, Fishing, Horse Riding, and Airboats and numerous Golf Courses within a few mile radius. Non Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in the home. However, guests are welcome to use the outside lanai/sun terrace area, ashtrays are provided.
