Our home is located on Sandy Ridge where you will find a constant reminder that you are in Florida; from the tropical coloured exteriors of the homes to the lush landscaping. After a long hard day of being at the attractions your screened in heated pool is waiting for you. We have taken great care to furnish our home to the standard we expect from a Luxury villa. Because this is our own private villa and we visit our home regularly you will find many of the comforts not usually available in the commercial properties. Here are just some of the features we have added for the comfort of our family and yours.
Relax in
our spacious open plan Great Room opening out onto the Deck and Pool
area. We have installed a 50in Home Theatre System complete with iPod
Dock for your enjoyment. You will also find a selection of Blockbuster
DVD's for you to relax with after a busy day at the parks. FREE wireless
internet is also provided for your use (own laptop required)
Our large open
plan living area also includes formal dining for six with a further
matching seating for 4 in the spacious American Kitchen (ideal for the
kids or a quick breakfast before heading out in the morning)
In the kitchen
you will find all you need for a comfortable stay including cooker,
microwave, dishwasher and American Fridge Freezer with Ice Maker. Full
Laundry facilities are also provided (washer, Dryer, Iron, Board etc)
Our South facing
Deck and Oversize Pool benefits from full sun from early in the morning
until the evening. Ample chairs and loungers are provided along with an
extra large table in our shaded Lanai for lazy lunches by the pool.
Once the sun
goes down we have a lovely covered Lanai with ceiling fan to keep you
cool on those hot Florida evenings. Our pool area also has outdoor
lighting as well as underwater pool lights allowing you to enjoy a swim
well into the late evening.
Chill out in our
newly converted Games Room complete with 7ft Pool Table and a
Tournament size Air Hockey Table with lights and sound. You will also
find bar stools and table for those just wanting to watch the action.
Somewhere for the Guys to hang out and have a beer or entertain the
kids. We have a fan to keep you cool!!
Wake
up refreshed in our 1st Master Suite overlooking the sparkling Pool
area. American King sized bed with luxury pillow top mattress and
quality bedding, 26in cable TV and En Suite bathroom with doublewide
shower.
The 2nd Master Suite has an American Queen sized bed and 26in cable TV as well as its own En Suite Bathroom.
Bedroom 3
To the front of
the house you will find a peaceful retreat for those wanting a quieter
location complete with American Queen sized Bed and 19in Flat screen TV
with cable channels. Ideal for Grandparents or the independent
teenager...
Twin Rooms
The
Playhouse Disney themed Twin Bedroom for our younger Guests complete
with Giant Mickey and Minnie. This room has a 19in Cable TV and XBox
with Games to keep the little ones amused. We also provide cots,
bedding, Highchair and a stroller FREE of charge.
There is another
“Tropical” twin room adjacent with its own 19in Cable TV. Shared 3rd
bathroom with door leading directly to the Pool and Deck area

My
family and I (2 adults and 2 children) have just returned from a
fortnights stay at Starbird Villa in Orlando and what a fabulous villa
it is. It was our first experience of staying anywhere other than a
hotel so we were initially slightly apprehensive. However right from the
outset the owner, Alison, was a delight to deal with. She answered all
of our questions, however small, promptly and accurately and made the
whole process of renting the house simple and straightforward. The villa
itself was a revelation. It is spacious, airy and spotlessly clean. One
of our sons is 18 years old and allowing him to have his own en-suite
bedroom (there are 2) and own space made our holiday so much more
relaxing! Moreover it has to be the most well equipped property you
could ever wish to find, Alison and her husband seem to have thought of
everything you could possibly want and then some. They have even
provided hair straightners, a cool box and ice packs!.Alison has also
left a folder containing lots of useful information about the villa, the
local area, shops, restaurants and nearby beaches. There are leaflets
about all the major theme and water parks and maps of the local area.
The house is very near to both the Disney and Universal parks with lots
of nearby restaurants and a Publix supermarket just around the corner.
All-in-all we had a wonderful holiday at Starbird Villa and if we ever
go back to Florida we wouldn't want to consider staying anywhere else.

SPRING VACATION!!
We
enjoyed out stay at the house! We will never stay in a Hotel again, the
house is the way to go. We wil be returning to the house again next
year. Staying at this house was Priceless! Everything was very clean and

Wow,
what can I say! We have stayed at many villas before and more recently
at the Disney Polynesian Hotel but nowhere compares to this 5 star
villa. This imaculate villa was spottlessly clean and had everything you
could possibly need from an umbrella and hair straightners to cool
boxes and an electric can opener! The quality and condition of
everything was superb.
The
children spent so much time in the games room and in the warmest pool
we've ever been in that they didn't even get chance to play on the
X-Box. The pool was great for our baby as most outdoor pools are too
cold for little ones to be in for too long.
It is situated much closer than expected to Disney and was very near to the local Publix supermarket.
Both Alison and the management company were easily contactable with any small queries
we had. We will definately be returning to this villa and wouldn't even
consider any other villa or hotel for our future Orlando visits.

really enjoyed the holiday - your villa was gorgeous. Boys loved the
games room , the tv and the pool. We had breakfast everyday on the lanai
and had some fun in the pool - it was lovely spending some quality time

Wow what can we say!!
We had a great
time in your lovely villa the location was just perfect for us, so easy
to get everywhere. We have never stayed this close to Disney before we
just loved the Champions Gate area. Your home is beautiful – so fresh
and gorgeous furnishings. The kids loved the Xbox and Games Room as well
as the pool (had difficulty getting them out of there in the mornings)
Sandy Ridge is a bit of a hidden Gem. We will be recommending your
lovely villa to our friends and we would love to stay there again.

beautifully furnished and clean. The kids were in the pool morning and
night and a great time was had by all! We also love the location, much

Had

were spot on - the kids were in the pool less than and hour after
leaving the airport!! Hubby loved the HUGE TV and kids were amazed at
