The Villa has its own heated screened Pool is situated in the Buenaventura Lakes area of Kissimmee, an already established community, being only 16 minutes from Orlando International airport and 15 minutes from Disney and other major attractions, makes it an ideal place to stay.

Only 4 minutes away from Ventura Downs shopping mall where there are grocery/supermarket stores, Blockbuster video, a Dollar store (in which virtually everything is a dollar), fast food outlets, pizza places a Bank and lots more.

Situated just a couple of turnings from the extended Osceola Parkway which for people who (like me) have no sense of direction is great, it leads straight to Disney’s front door, the 417 Greenway, Florida Turnpike, Orange Blossom Trail and the 192 are all close by.





A 24-hr. Wal*Mart is just 1.25 miles away.
THE LOOP and LOOP EAST - Florida's newest shopper/dining experience is just 6 mins. away - here you will find shops such as JC Penny, Kohls, Books a Million, Circuit City etc, with varied restaurants which will cater for almost every taste, and a 16-screen Cinema complex.

The Villa is an ideal “family home”. In fact, what could be better than after a hard day at the parks to come back to your own air conditioned retreat, put your feet up for an hour, have a cup of tea/coffee or a swim, before returning for an evening at Walt Disney World, or any other of the Orlando attractions, or perhaps dine out at one of the many restaurants in the area, the choice is endless!.

The pool and patio area are indeed very private – NOT being overlooked by neighbours on either side – something that is becoming increasingly RARE these days in Florida.

The pool (which can be heated) is south facing and screened for your comfort, it keeps the insects out but allows the sun through. From the moment you wake until the end of the day the sun shines on this idyllic spot, the pool overlooks a conservation area (woods).

Lanai/patio area - furnished with reclining deep cushioned sun loungers, plus patio furniture for dining “al fresco”.

Why not step into the HOT TUB - sit back and let the bubbles relax you.

2 family rooms and separate dining room
The first of the family/lounge rooms has 2 large comfy sofas to sit and relax, watch TV or a DVD … the 2nd family/lounge room again has 2 large comfy sofas, with a CD music system and a large selection of music (some you may even like!) plus a book selection for quiet moments.

A separate more formal dining room (dress optional!), for that special occasion you may be celebrating.


Kitchen
If you are not dining out - then the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up that culinary delight…. even down to an apron and rolling pin!

With lots of pots and pans there is more than enough crockery, cutlery and glassware (plastic is provided for use around the pool).

A ceramic/glass top cooker, electric oven, over the range microwave, large size fridge/freezer with ice maker, toaster, coffee maker, electric mixer, crock-pot (available for you - that's - if you really have to cook) - there are plenty of fast foods places, or take-away to alleviate that chore.

There is a large table and chairs for breakfast.

The Master bedroom (en-suite)
Rekindle the romance! In a sumptuous romantic 4 poster bed  - plenty of drawer space, dressing table and a large closet (for all those clothes you are sure to buy!), for your enjoyment  flat screen LCD TV,  clock radio. Large patio doors lead directly to the pool area.

The en-suite bathroom has a double sized walk-in shower, his and hers wash basins, W.C. and a large closet for towels and linen.

The second double bedroom
Is large has a queen-size bed (5’); there is a flat screen LCD TV, DVD player, clock radio, with plenty of drawers, dressing table and walk-in closet.
The third and fourth bedrooms
These are a both a generous size and each have twin beds, large built-in style closets with folding doors and plenty drawer space.

All bedrooms have their own individuality … and 1 has been especially themed with our younger guests in mind.

The 2nd bathroom has a bathtub with overhead shower, washbasin and WC.

There is a large cupboard in which all towels are stored just nearby.

The third bathroom serves the patio and pool area.

Free internet access – bring your laptop, keep in touch with friends and family - send them photos of you enjoying yourself in your vacation home.
Internal laundry room, large capacity washer and dryer, iron and board.

All bed linens, towels; face flannels are provided andseparate pool towels.

3 of the 4 bedrooms have their own TV.

Full size cot/crib, high chair, bed guards and other baby items are available at no extra charge.

The house is air conditioned throughout;

All the main areas and bedrooms have ceiling fans with overhead lighting.

The bedrooms are carpeted, all other main rooms/areas including the 3 bathrooms have ceramic tiled floors.

24 hour monitored security system, smoke detectors and emergency lighting… giving peace of mind while you are out that your belongings are being protected.

The telephone is free for local and incoming calls and can be used for long distance and international calls using a telephone card - these are available from many of the local shops.

There are plenty of toys, games, board games, puzzles, books and cuddly toys for both children and adults.

Games room - in part of the garage there is air hockey, foosball and electronic darts to keep everyone occupied.

There is no daily maid service, however a mid-stay clean can be arranged - this must be paid for locally, you are responsible for keeping the Villa clean and left tidy when your

 holiday/vacation is over.

A local family run Management Company are close at hand should any problems arise during your stay.

For golfers – there are many courses within 15/30 minutes drive.

Just an hours drive are the Beaches – such as Daytona and Cocoa - and deep sea fishing from Port Canaveral.

Kennedy space centre
If you should be lucky enough to be in Florida when a space shuttle launch is scheduled - you can watch this on TV - as soon as its launched walk down the driveway - look to the right and you should (on a clear day) see the shuttle.

We have deliberately omitted having any sleep sofas or rollaway beds, as we want you to enjoy the villa as it was designed, we also limit the number of weeks per year the villa is rented out – allowing us time to refurbish and keep the villa in pristine condition.
