Located only 1.5 miles from the entrance to Disney Maingate, this ranks as one of the closest residential areas.   Oak Island Harbor enjoys the best of all worlds, being only 1 mile south of US-192 (West Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy), between mile marker 4 and 5. 

Nicely located near the entrance to Oak Island Harbor, our luxury home backs on to a privacy wall that separates Oak Island from neighbouring fields & Formosa Gardens.

The villa can sleep up to 8 people + 1 baby and has two double rooms, one twin room and one sofa bed (located in living room area). A travel cot is also available. It has the luxury of its own private pool with spa/jacuzzi. A no-smoking policy is in place in the home.

As you enter our spacious villa you arrive in to the formal living room area. An elegant combination of a dining room and a central living room that has a couch (sofa bed), and two-seater chair. The entertainment unit includes a colour television, VCR, and a DVD Player. There is also a custom stereo system that delivers music to all corners of the villa and even on to the pool deck. On the right day you can open the sliding doors right on to the pool deck and have the experience of entertaining the family right on the pool deck.

To the left of the family room is a tasteful kitchen, with modern appliances (cooker, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge). A generous supply of dishes and cutlery to satisfy eight guests are available. The kitchen nook is ideal for enjoying a light breakfast or even a midnight snack. A second sliding door makes serving a meal on your private pool deck quite practical. Should you wish to dine indoors you can use our formal dining room.

We also have a laundry room comprising a washing machine/tumble drier, iron and ironing board. Great for those people wishing to return home with clean clothes!

The master bedroom has a luxurious and private en suite bathroom comprising a spa style tub. A king size bed, 2nd television and VCR are also in this bedroom.

A private exit door leads from the en suite bathroom straight to the pool deck.

Bedroom two and three are to the right of the living room. Fully separated from the master bedroom, these two rooms are also very private. Bedroom two has a queen size bed with colour tv - a private sliding door leads from this bedroom to the pool.  Bedroom three has twin beds with television and VCR.

Between bedroom 2 & 3 is a 2nd bathroom which comprises a bath with shower, hand basin and toilet.

The pool area is unique. The back wall of the estate brings you some extra privacy. Positioned with a south east exposure you get superb morning and early afternoon light on the pool deck. Just as the heat of the afternoon arrives you can enjoy your afternoon swim as the sun sets towards the west. The mini spa is best suited for one but the extra pump controls cause this spa to literally massage every bone in your body. A very large lanai ( sheltered porch ) is what protects you from the elements on those very warm Florida afternoons. Stereo speakers can bring you endless hours of music as you relax in any of the luxurious lounge chairs. In season, the soothing smells of cherry blossoms gently float in to your back yard from the neighboring botanical gardens. An outside shower is also available, for showering off before entering the property. A child safety screen has now been installed by the side of the pool. On a clear night the fireworks from Epcot can be seen in the distance.

A non refundable deposit of £100 per week is required at time of booking
Balance payable 8 weeks before departure.
Refundable security deposit of £200/ at time of payment of balance
Pool heat available at £90 per week - Heating is recommended between the months of October and April as pool temperatures generally fall below 75F.
