Beautiful beaches are accessible on both the Gulf and the Atlantic coasts. Orlando airport is 30 minutes away, whilst Sanford and Tampa are just over an hour's drive. The development itself is peacefully surrounded by orange groves and a conservation area.

Westridge is a friendly community offering the use of a fully equipped recreation area with a swimming pool, floodlit tennis courts, a volley ball court, a basket ball court and a children's play area.

The home itself is fully furnished, air conditioned and carpeted and tiled throughout. It sleeps eight in four bedrooms, but we can accommodate an additional two on a sofa-bed and an infant in a cot. A highchair and stroller are also available for our younger guests.

To the right of the grand entrance is a formal dining room and a formal living room, which opens onto the spacious pool and entertainment area. This consists of a completely screened, over sized and heated south-facing pool and furnished, large patio which provides shade during the heat of the day. Barbecues may also be enjoyed alongside the lanai.

The luxurious master king suite is fitted with a remote controlled television, bedside telephone and hairdryer. The ensuite bathroom contains a large roman bath, separate walk-in shower and twin vanity units. The queen double bedroom with television has access to a shower room. The remaining two bedrooms have two single beds and share a bathroom. All bedrooms have large walk-in closets and ample drawer space. All bed linen and towels are provided.

The bright and spacious family room, which opens onto the pool area through secure patio doors is equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD player. music centre and Playstation. The open plan kitchen is also equipped with a full size cooker, microwave, large capacity fridge/freezer (with ice maker), dishwasher and garbage disposal. All crockery and cutlery are also provided.

The separate utility room opening onto the double garage contains the full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board-for those who simply can't help themselves!
