Welcome to "Zachary's" Berry Best Vacation Home! This is a lovely, fully furnished, 4 bedroom, 2 full bath private home with screened in pool. (sleeps 8 - 10)

It is located in a quiet and safe community called Indian Ridge, just 5 miles to Disneyworld! Enjoy all the comforts of home, with all the pleasures of being away!

By Owners, who live nearby to maintain our high standards, and to be of any assistance to our guests.

This is the best way to vacation in Florida. A home away from home. Fully furnished, with everything you could possibly need.

We even provide a port o crib, high chair, and stroller for the little one.

We offer a flat rate of $120 per night all year, plus the mandatory sales tax of 13% and $70 Cleaning fee. Pool heating is available at $35 per day.

We require a $250 booking deposit to hold your dates, with the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival. Unless of course, your arrival is short term, then the full amount would be due at booking.

We also do require a refundable damage deposit of $250, which is returned upon a satisfactory departure inspection.
